Federation Mine

Located in central New South Wales near Nymagee, the Federation Mine project required the establishment of a greenfield operation with full site establishment.

Redpath leads the establishment of the Federation Mine as a greenfield project, developing the site from the ground up near Aurelia Metals' Hera Mine. This project began with full-scale site establishment, including constructing essential infrastructure such as workshops, a batch plant, and explosive storage facilities. Following these preparations, Redpath initiated mine portal construction and now advances the decline, access, and ventilation drives, supporting the safe and efficient development of new underground levels.

A new contract has extended our operations at Federation to continue access and level development work, taking the mine into production.
